After studying at business school, Nicolas joined a family cleaning company. Seven years learning the fundamentals of operations in a demanding sector.
In 2008, confronted with the disastrous results of cleaning the first light-coloured carpets, he found that the French market had no adequate solution. His investigations across Europe, the United States, and Japan revealed what was missing. He returned with the answers, tested them, refined them, and created Orak.
