Samples of new products are sent directly by the manufacturer to your address. For reused products, samples are limited and depend on the quantity recovered. You can also visit our showroom by appointment to see the samples.
Mixing products is strongly recommended. Indeed, reused material is rarely available to cover the entire intended surface area; it is therefore recommended to combine it with new materials. For a guaranteed visual effect, it is suggested to choose contrasting colors: for example, pairing black with gray or beige with brown. Opting for a single color is not advised due to possible variations between manufacturing batches.
Karpet Prime is an innovative circular-leasing offer dedicated to carpet tiles. By choosing Karpet Prime, companies turn a purchase into controlled OPEX: no more upfront investment (CAPEX), but a fixed monthly rent covering installation, regular maintenance and end-of-life take-back.
This approach delivers major environmental benefits: reduced waste thanks to maintenance and reuse, a carbon footprint smoothed over the theoretical lifespan of the product, and a selection of tiles all featuring an FDES that facilitates achieving BREEAM and LEED certifications.

The product and its technical details are recorded in a database. The goal: ensure its traceability and retain all technical documentation, to maintain a high resale value and have every element on hand for future reuse.
The carpet tiles are installed by partner flooring and carpet fitters. We favor adhesive-free installation. It limits waste and volatile organic compounds, and preserves the condition of the subfloor and the underlay.
Future removal will be simplified and the value of the raised access floor preserved. For cement floors, there will no longer be any leveling between two installations.
Before you move in, the Orak «Texticiens» ensure your carpet is perfectly clean. Once the premises are in use, our maintenance contract is deployed to guarantee clean carpets all year round. This key step doubles the lifespan of the product.
Stain-removal and cleaning operations take place throughout the year, adapting to your use. In case of emergency, an ORAKORNER (option) allows your team to act quickly.
In the event of a change of premises or textile flooring, Orak handles on your behalf the removal and end-of-life management of your textile flooring, whether reuse or recycling. Tiles in good condition are bought back by Orak or reused in your future premises or at another client.
Damaged parts are sent back to the factory to generate new tiles or to be recovered for energy. Textile tiles are therefore fully utilized.
