Confort maintains all carpeted areas. Zen suits new or dark carpets and focuses stain removal on circulation areas and meeting rooms. Premium suits light carpets, with two full cleanings per year and manual stain removal.

Is the price shown final?
It is an indicative price excl. VAT, based on your area, carpet finish and condition, date and time. Orak confirms it within 48 business hours, before any payment.
Why does the price change with the date?
As with a plane ticket, the price varies with the day, the time of year and the start time. The “Best price” marker shows the cheapest date of each month.
Can you work in the evening?
Yes. You choose a start time of 8:00, 14:00, 18:00, 19:00 or 20:00. If that time is not available on one of your dates, the evening times still free are offered.
How many dates can I suggest?
Up to 5 start dates, including one preferred date. Only one job is carried out: prices are not added up.
What is the minimum area for a maintenance contract?
From 5,000 m². Above 30,000 m², a personalised quote is required. Below 5,000 m², choose one-off cleaning: your area is preserved.
