Teams with a shared ambition
Nicolas Loheac
After studying at a business school, Nicolas joined a family cleaning business. For seven years, he learned the fundamentals of managing and running a business in this sector.
In 2007, tired of being regularly confronted with the catastrophic results of cleaning the first light-colored carpets, he looked into the subject and realized that the French market didn't offer a suitable solution. He then investigated in Europe, the United States and Japan, where he found suitable, professional solutions. After testing and compiling them, he created ORAK with the ambition of offering excellent service at an appropriate price. Fifteen years later, Orak cleans and renovates over two million square meters of carpet.
In 2020, Orak gains new momentum with a global management offering for textile slabs. This vision, born during the containment period, enables modern, virtuous management of textile slabs, particularly through reuse. This new strategy clearly positions Orak as a major player in the circular economy in France, an ambition it now aims to develop nationally and internationally.
Antoine Renard
At Orak, Antoine combines his passion for art with his professional career. Having joined Orak in 2011, Antoine has come an impressive way within the company. He started his career as a Textician before becoming a team leader, during which time he gained valuable skills and contributed significantly to the growth of the company.
In 2021, he embraced a new challenge by taking part in an innovative project on carpet reuse, alongside Yannick and Ricardo. This development was an important milestone in his career, entrusting him with responsibility for the reconditioning department. In his current role, Antoine coordinates and supervises activities related to carpet reuse, with a focus on sustainability and innovation. Driven by a desire to take on new challenges and explore uncharted territory, Antoine plays a key role in Orak's continued success.
Ricardo Pereira
Ricardo joined the company in 2016. Thanks to his involvement, he quickly developed an in-depth expertise in the cleaning and renovation of textile floors. In 2021, he took on a new challenge, in collaboration with Yannick and Antoine, which was to improve the removal and reconditioning processes of carpet tiles. This initiative aimed to optimize the efficiency of the teams in the field and to ensure that the reused carpet achieves a standardized quality equivalent to a new product.
Motivated by this challenge, they focused on accurately identifying the right products, simplifying field operations, and achieving a high standard of quality for reused carpets. Their goal is to provide a simplified service while respecting Orak's vision, thus ensuring products and services that meet the high expectations of the company and its customers.
Yannick Jan
After several years' experience as a sector manager in industrial cleaning, Yannick joined Orak in 2013, as a sales developer. He has forged his expertise in the sales and business development of services in the tertiary and hotel sectors.
Year after year, Yannick has devoted his energy to building strong relationships with customers, while identifying new market opportunities to ensure the company's continued growth. His business strategy is based on an in-depth understanding of customers' specific needs, enabling him to offer tailor-made solutions and conclude mutually beneficial agreements.
Today, as sales manager of the reuse division, his missions are based on an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by the maintenance division to recondition carpet tiles and thus reduce building waste with its commitment to operational excellence.
Yannick strongly encourages his customers to adopt a more responsible approach to their flooring and the opportunity to participate in this ecological transition by supporting them in the process of reusing their carpet tiles. Rather than throwing them away, it helps them reuse them, whether by relocating them to new spaces, reusing them for other projects, or referring them to partners who will recycle them when they are not reusable.
